How Does Concrete Block Machine Work? It produces concrete blocks using vibration and compression. The quality of your concrete blocks directly depends on the strength of your hydraulic system and vibration system. Depending on your budget, you can have a semi-automatic or automatic concrete block making machine.
In line with the raw materials preferred in the country used for the raw material bunker; Solid irregular particles such as sand, gravel, gravel, pumice or stone dust are placed. Pneumatic piston bunker covers operating in connection with the PLC system are closed when the raw material weighed on the weighing band reaches the requested kilogram limit. The raw materials in the bunker are poured from the opened covers onto the weighing band working with the loadcell. Dry and semi-mixed materials are transferred to the mixer inlet band. Inside the mixer, dry material from the bunker and cement from the silo are mixed dry. Then, water is added to the dry mixture with the water inlet of the mixer and mixed again. The mixer covers, which are connected to the PLC system and work with pneumatic pistons, are opened and transmitted to the machine bunkers via the mortar band. In double bunker machines, the mixed mortar is distributed to the appropriate bunker via the 1.5 meter long selection band placed between the two bunkers. The mixture coming out of the mixer output band is discharged to the bunker of the machine by means of the conveyor, then the bunker discharges the mixture to the car by means of the piston as needed. Empty pallets filled in the entrance elevator are taken by the pallet driver one by one, cleaned by the pallet cleaning brush and sent under the mould. Immediately after this process, the male mould and the female mould are pulled over the pallet and the products produced are sent to the output elevator thanks to the pallet output conveyor. The full pallets coming from the exit elevator are stacked and the product is put on hold for drying.
