The demand for block machine equipment is increasing day by day in line with the increasing labor costs and production speed needs in our country. Block machines have taken the form of collecting robots that enable the blocks, which are ready for shipment, to be transferred from the production pallets to the shipping pallets and made ready for stock or transportation. collecting robots arrange the dry products that are ready to be taken to the stock area. In this study, first of all, a literature review about block machines and equipment was made. Then, considering these principles and working logic, the step-by-step design of the collecting robot, which is suitable for electromechanical structure and includes pneumatic clamping jaws, is explained.
Machines that produce blocks in accordance with the standards determined by countries and cities according to climatic and geographical conditions for use in the building and construction sector, such as hardness, load carrying capacity, sound insulation, heat insulation ability and appropriate dimensions, are called block machines. Block machines are generally named according to the number of blocks they press in a cycle. For example, a machine that presses 12 blocks in a cycle is called a 12 block machine, and a machine that produces 18 blocks in a cycle is called an 18 block machine.
The project is designed in accordance with today’s needs and raw materials in every geography and in accordance with human physiology, longevity does not become idle in the developing technology over time, and according to the increasing needs of the manufacturer, block machine is manufactured in accordance with the additional equipment of the block machine. It is used with various equipments in order to accelerate production and standard production in block machines facilities.
In the study, after giving information about the equipment of the block machines, the historical development of the collecting Robot was mentioned. In addition, the design stages of the designed collecting Robot are included.
