Plastic Injection Mould Construction is done by experts and must be done in two stages. Of these, the design of the first stage is the production stage of the second stage. The design step is done in a computer program and the measurement is done there.
When the measurement is completed and the customer’s approval is obtained, it is transferred to the mould production by machines. Injection moulds are used in injection machines. An injection machine has three main sections:

● Mould section
All three work together, and plastic products emerge with the molten raw material poured into the injection mould. The biggest advantage of injection moulds is their serial production.
For production companies, plastic raw materials are very profitable because they are low cost and serial production is done.

While injection moulds are designed, they are specially drawn for companies. They take shape depending on what kind of product the customer wants. There are two types of materials, be it aluminum or steel.
Manufacturers often choose steel because it is a healthier material. The production stage is based on the extraction process of molten plastic inside the injection mould. Plastic injection molding is a labor-intensive process that requires technical knowledge.
When injection moulds are pressed, they are produced continuously. Because the liquid material poured into the injection mould is shaped by pressure, there is a section of clamp that exposes it to a high pressure. Here, the plastic takes shape in a healthy way and is ready for use.

Injection machines are one of the most widely used machines in our country. They can make a series of very small pieces. In order for the hot material to be absorbed, the injection moulds must be resistant to high temperatures.
Inside the injection moulds compressed by the forceps, the plastic takes the form of a substance and cools here. The cooled plastic product is also removed and made ready for use.
It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the mould is completely filled during the production stage. The formation of waste material in injection moulds used with hot water is also low. Costs are low for the producer.
