Plastic Injection Cap Production

Since the production of plastic injection caps is mass production, it can prepare thousands of products at once. Production is made due to the injection moulds inside the injection machines. The production phase in injection machines is as follows:

● Plastic raw material is melted at high temperature.

● The melted raw material is poured into the injection mould with the help of injection.

● The plastic raw material is shaped and cooled by pressure inside the mould.

● The cooled product is removed.

Injection moulds are specially designed in a computer program. It can have many different sizes and injection moulds can have more than one chamber. due to multiple eye sections, different size products can be obtained at the same time. One of the most advantageous machines for manufacturers and manufacturing companies is injection machines.

Plastic Injection Molding Machine

Plastic products occupy a large place in our daily life and are one of the most used materials in the industry. Plastic injection cap production has been done in injection machines since ancient times.

The latest technological methods are used in injection machines and they work together with the computer program. They consist of three different sections as vise, injection and injection mould parts.

In the vise production stage, it creates pressure for the melted plastic to take the shape of the mould. The coloring process also takes place in injection machines. Melting of plastic happens with electric heaters. Before being melted, the plastic raw material is in the form of granules. Raw material continues to be injected until the injection mould is completely filled.

Plastic Injection Mould

Injection moulds are produced from hard metals such as steel or aluminum. These structures, which are highly heat resistant, produce high quality products. After the pressure is applied to keep the raw material poured into the injection mould by injection, the cooling phase comes.

After the pressure is applied, the plastic raw material starts to take shape by cooling and hardening in the mould. How the product will be, which areas will be bright, what pattern it will be are adjusted during the design phase while the injection mould is drawn.

It is important not to make mistakes in dimensioning the injection mould during the design phase. For this reason, it is necessary to work with experts.
