Concrete Plant PLC System

As it is known, ready mixed concrete batching plant is a subject that requires special knowledge and requires extreme sensitivity. In addition to running the process in automation systems, it is essential to take the necessary precautions by knowing the problems that will occur very well. With the understanding of the dangers of mistakes to be made, attention should be paid to this issue as much as possible in all hardware and software used in the systems.

The uninterrupted operation of the order in all production sectors and the need to eliminate the defects that will occur as soon as possible are especially important in the concrete market. All kinds of measures are taken in our systems in order not to interrupt production and to minimize the negative effects of external factors. Vibrators can enter the process automatically with one or more aggregate caps at random, as the case of material spillage is sensed by PLC, the vibrator can be controlled directly from PLC and enter the period automatically only if no material is spilled. The controller and the power system are isolated from other systems with isolation elements, which we define as interface relays, and the system is protected against malfunctions. The information coming from the humidity sensor to be placed in the system is entered into the PLC analog input as 4-20 mA or 0-10 V, and monitoring operations can be performed on the operator panel screen.

Using PLC System

Aggregate and water amount can be adjusted automatically according to the information received from the field or the value that can be entered by the operator. The command and control of the concrete batching plant is controlled by PLC, and Operator terminal and/or PC are used to enter and monitor detailed findings. The benefits to be obtained as a result of automation are summarized below. In order to implement the command and control operations of the plant with a computer, a communication connection between the computer and the PLC must be established. For this purpose, a special communication cable is used between the computer and the PLC. In order to ensure communication, the communication settings must be made correctly in the computer control panel. Regarding the consumption of the mechanism, it is absolutely sufficient to have communication with the computer in order to perform PLC recipe operations, variable settings, calibration operations, as well as to set the recipe and production amount from the production page, and to monitor the system operation over the diagram.
